As the Senior Information Architect I was responsible for the user interaction of a number of pharmaceutical and health care websites. I was responsible for gathering requirements, synthesizing solutions, functional documentation, user flows, wireframes and other documentation in order to realize a vision for a given website or software.
As the UX Director (two different companies, one sold, one changed strategies), I created the UX for an eReader and a number of web based applications for clients including American Express and Delta Airlines. I established guidelines for usability and archetypes for documents for the companies.
